Greg & Orlindo in Radiator Springs

Gregor Vogt

As a child of the 80s, Greg always had a deep love for TV, movies, and soundtracks. In his teens, this passion evolved into an obsession, and it was only a matter of time before he began writing his own screenplays.

His dream is to run his own television series and/or write and direct for the big screen. In the meantime, Gregor works as a teacher with a master’s degree in English Literature, History, and Media Studies—and he plays as much Dungeons & Dragons as possible.

You can learn more about Greg, his life, and his writing on his personal blog.

Orlindo Frick

Orlindo loves, hears, feels, and lives movies. He studied Film and Animation and currently works as an online and video editor for UFA Fiction. He also supports ANIch, a German blog dedicated to animation and VFX.

His work as a digital artist can be seen in films such as Die Relativitätstheorie der Liebe (UFA Cinema) and Must Love Death (Pandastorm Pictures). As a writer, he contributed to the ZDF show The Future is Wild.

You can learn more about Orlindo on his personal website.

The Name
Legend has it that white worms emerged from a tangerine… Well, it’s not exactly a legend. A girl we know once told us about seeing little white worms crawling out of a tangerine. For some reason, we really liked that image.

It was December 11th, 1999—that’s when, where, and how we got the idea for our company and our mascot, Winny.
